Primary Partners
Our core network. Tier 1 partners are the first in line for every incoming order. They maintain dedicated capacity for Piclaro, have passed full equipment and quality verification, and consistently meet our delivery standards.

Reserve Partners
Activated whenever a Tier 1 partner faces a material shortage, capacity constraint, or temporary unavailability. Tier 2 partners are fully vetted and held to the exact same quality standards; they simply have a smaller reserved capacity allocation.
