Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Piclaro website, quoting engine, Customer Dashboard, Partner Dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by VoxelXperts ("VoxelXperts", "we", "us", or "our"). Piclaro is a brand and product operated under VoxelXperts. By accessing or using the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Piclaro is owned and operated by VoxelXperts, a company registered in Egypt.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Piclaro operates a distributed production network. We do not own manufacturing machinery; we provide the technology platform, quoting engine, order management, quality control process, and branded fulfillment that connect customers with vetted manufacturing partners for 3D printing (FDM/resin), PCB production and SMT assembly, and laser/CNC cutting services.

All orders are subject to a mandatory photo-verification quality control step before a shipping label is generated and the order is dispatched. Piclaro reserves the right to reject, delay, or request rework of any order that does not pass this step.

Orders are shipped in Piclaro-branded packaging with shipping labels generated automatically by the Platform.

Instant quotes generated by our headless slicing engine are based on the files and specifications you provide and are estimates until confirmed. Final pricing may be adjusted if the uploaded files, materials, quantities, or specifications differ from what was quoted, and you will be notified before production begins.

All prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions; we do not store full card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to source production capacity, with a full refund of any amount paid for the cancelled order.

You retain all ownership rights to design files, artwork, and other materials you upload ("Customer Content"). By uploading Customer Content, you grant Piclaro and its manufacturing partners a non-exclusive license to access, view, reproduce, process, and manufacture the Customer Content at any time, in any manner Piclaro deems necessary, for purposes including fulfilling your order, quality control, customer support, reorders, and operating and improving the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to any Customer Content you upload, and that manufacturing and shipping it does not infringe the intellectual property, patent, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party, and does not violate any applicable law.

Piclaro and its manufacturing partners do not review Customer Content for licensing or intellectual property compliance and produce items strictly on an as-uploaded basis. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold the rights needed to have Customer Content manufactured, and for any licensing fees, royalties, disputes, or infringement claims arising from it. Piclaro accepts no liability for licensing or intellectual property issues connected to Customer Content you submit.

Uploaded Customer Content is saved and stored on our systems for the duration needed to fulfill your order and, where applicable, to support reorders. See our Privacy Policy for details on file storage and retention.

The Piclaro name, logo, website design, quoting engine, and all related technology are the property of VoxelXperts and may not be used without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Platform to upload or request production of any item that: infringes third-party intellectual property or rights of publicity; is illegal, including firearms components or other regulated or prohibited items under Egyptian law; is intended to defraud or deceive; or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Piclaro is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Because most orders are custom-manufactured to your specifications, orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except where the delivered item materially fails to conform to the confirmed order specifications or fails our quality control standards. Report any defect within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a reprint, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Products are provided "as is" apart from the limited warranty described above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Manufacturing partners in the Piclaro production network are independent businesses that agree to Piclaro's quality, branding, and fulfillment standards. Customers interact solely with Piclaro; Piclaro is your sole point of contact for orders, support, and issue resolution, regardless of which partner produced your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VoxelXperts, Piclaro, and their officers, employees, and manufacturing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoxelXperts and Piclaro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
