About Your Part

Product Description

Special Requests / Notes

Print Risks

Thin walls (< 1.2 mm)

Risk of structural failure or missing geometry.

Overhangs > 45°

Without support, overhanging faces may sag or detach.

Fine features (< 0.5 mm)

Details smaller than nozzle/layer resolution will not resolve.

Large flat surfaces (ABS)

Wide base surfaces in ABS are prone to corner warping.

Charge policy: If a print fails due to a known design risk, 100% of the failed material cost will be charged, regardless of whether support was requested.

Design Guidelines

Max print volume: 420 × 420 × 500 mm · Parts exceeding the bed can be split and bonded.

FDM tolerance: ±0.2 mm · Resin tolerance: ±0.05 mm

Min wall (FDM): 1.2 mm · Resin: 0.3 mm

FDM layer height range: 0.08 – 0.32 mm

Incorporate tolerances into your CAD model; we print exactly what you send.

Design for print orientation: avoid large unsupported overhangs and consider layer lines in the structural loading direction.

Your design should be 3D printing–friendly. If unsure, add a note above; our engineers will flag any issues before production.
